Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Altimate Merchandise will ship the same or next day on in stock-items. Delivery will be any where from 5 to 7 days once the order is processed. If a product is on back order or not available you will be notified within a reasonable time frame.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally

We are required to complete a customs declaration form with the sales price of the
Items purchased. All prices will be shown in US dollars
We can not legally declare your order as a gift
The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes and brokerage charges
at the time of delivery.
Refused packages will be abandoned and will not be refunded.
We can not ship swords and weapons internationally
Any items ordered that we are unable to ship outside of the US will be canceled

Returns

 All merchandise except for live action role play, has a 14 day return period on damaged or defective merchandise. On live action role play merchandise is to be inspected upon delivery. Any damaged or defective items must be reported to Altimate Merchandise with in 4 business days. No exceptions will be made. Any merchandise that is not defective or damaged, there will be a 15 percent restocking fee within the 14 day return period. 

Back Orders

If any merchandise is on back order or not available, you will be notified when it is available, or you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Cancellations

All cancellations on orders placed through Altimate Merchandise must be done through our customer service by email, as long as the order has not been processed. Once the order has been processed you must wait until you receive the merchandise and email our customer service for a RMA. The client will be responsible for shipping the item back to Altimate Merchandise in the original packaging. The consumer is responsible for getting it back and, it is recommended to insure all products being returned. Altimate Merchandise will not be responsible for any product lost in the mail.
